Early screening can help catch problems when they are small and manageable, to help you prevent serious complications and hospital visits. To achieve this goal of community wellness, the SNAPP clinic will offer Free screenings for:

     - Diabetes
     - High Blood Pressure
     - Cholesterol

We also provide free nutritional advice, and options for free or low cost long-term healthcare. We never ask questions about citizenship status, and do not discriminate based on race, religion, disability, or any other attribute. Our sole interest is helping you be as healthy as possible.

New free services include:

     - Eye Exam
     - Medications for existing conditions*

Note: Screenings are performed by medical students and should not replace a visit with your regular doctor.
* Please see 'Services & Downloads' page for more information.
