Hello, As the house manager for the Gamma Tau chapter of Beta Theta Pi, it is my goal to continue the progress in home improvements that the previous brothers in my position have started. Improvements We Want To Implement

Backyard Makeover that consists of three primary parts:

1. Take out the rear planter and palm tree. With this new space, we will extend our rear concrete porch into the parking lot. After placing a low retaining wall, this area will serve as a patio area for the brothers.

2. Pave the back parking lot, repaint the parking lines and repaint the parking numbers.

3. Install vehicle and pedestrian gates on both sides of the house. This will increase house security and also guarantee that unregistered cars will not park in the lot.

Exterior Facelift:
Currently, the outside of our house does not look as aesthetically appealing as we would like it to be. To make it more representative of the Beta, we are already in the process of finding a way to get the house repainted this upcoming summer. To add to our exterior improvements, we would like to:

1. Add better lighting to the front of the house
2. Add ivy in the front
3. Purchase new letters and lighting for the letters to be viewed from 28th street.

Security system/lighting for the front of the house:
Many of our bicycles have been recently stolen from the bike racks on our front patio. We feel that a security camera and a motion activated light in the front of the house would help avert future theft and increase the safety of the brothers of Beta Theta Pi.
